WINFOSS-A21-3I series SF6 density relay calibration three-way valve is mainly used in the power industry with SF6 gas as the arc extinguishing medium of high pressure equipment, through the operation of the handle knob on the three-way valve, to achieve the three-way valve and the equipment body gas path, off. Thus, the aeration and replenishment of the equipment body and the on-line calibration and replacement of SF6 density controller are realized.

2. Operation instructions

WINFOSS-A21-3I series SF6 density relay check three-way valve is a combination valve with multiple functions, installed in the switch body, through the operation of the handle on the valve body to achieve the gas path with the body, can achieve the following functions of the operation.

1. When the equipment is running normally, ensure that the status arrow set ON the handle on the valve body indicates the "ON /ON" position. At this time, the SF6 density relay is connected with the gas circuit of the equipment to monitor the pressure change in the gas room in real time;

2 The status arrow set ON the handle indicates the "ON /ON" position, and the device can be used for air supply, water and purity testing. Directly connect the test equipment connector with the self-sealing valve connector reserved for the three-way valve to operate;

3 When the SF6 density relay is verified directly without disassembly, the status arrow of the rotating handle indicates the "OFF" position, and the gas path of the body is cut off. Connect the connector of the tester to the check port ON the three-way valve to perform the verification operation. After the operation is complete, rotate the handle to the "ON" state, and then tighten the metal protection cap of the gas refill/check port.
