Compared with other detection technologies, the infrared spectrum absorption technology is used to detect SF6 gas, which has high detection accuracy, stability and reliability, and is not limited by environmental temperature and humidity. When a specific band of infrared light passes through SF6 gas, these gas molecules absorb a specific wavelength of infrared light, and the absorption relationship follows the Lambert-Beer absorption law, that is, the absorption and SF6 gas concentration show a natural exponential relationship.
The SF6 leak monitoring alarm system monitoring sensor adopts the SF6 sensor (S1-GP-S) independently developed and produced by WINFOSS Company. The principle is the principle of infrared spectroscopy, that is, the principle of infrared laser. The principle is that SF6, as a greenhouse inert gas, has a strong absorption characteristic for specific bands of infrared light, high sensitivity, is not affected by the environment and interference, no other gas interference, and the detection error caused by changes in the temperature and humidity of the environment is small, will not produce false alarms, infrared SF6 sensor life of up to 10 years.
Because it adopts the principle of active extraction of gas at the test point, the effect is that the leak is found early and the reaction is rapid. Using the above principles, the corresponding optical device is designed, and the active suction method is adopted. When the sampled gas contains SF6 gas, the intensity of infrared light that can be detected in the gas chamber will be weakened accordingly. According to the weakening amplitude, the concentration of SF6 gas can be calculated by using the Lambert-Beer absorption law.
Main function
1. Real-time display of SF6 gas concentration The system recyls the air in the detected area, and displays the SF6 concentration of the sampled air on the operation control screen and background monitoring computer; The alarm concentration can be set onsite as required.
2, real-time display of oxygen concentration: the detection host contains an oxygen detection sensor, detects the content of SF6 gas in the sampling gas in each area at the same time, detects the oxygen content, and displays the oxygen concentration in the sampled air on the operation control screen and background monitoring computer; The alarm concentration can be set onsite as required.
3, alarm output: When the SF6 gas or oxygen content reaches the alarm concentration, the operation control panel will generate sound, light and voice alarm according to the set way, and notify the remote monitoring center through the software protocol or dry contact, and start the fan according to the set way.
4, infrared induction and voice alarm and prompt: if there is a staff approaching the switch room, the infrared induction in the operation control screen is triggered, the operation control screen will start the voice prompt, notifying the staff whether there is SF6 or oxygen alarm in the current room, and prompting the fan ventilation should be started before entering.
5, fan control: the fan has three ways of timing start, alarm start and forced start; The system has four scheduled startup times. You can set 0 to 4 scheduled startup times and the specific startup time and duration of each startup according to user requirements. When SF6 or oxygen concentration reaches the alarm concentration, you can set whether to start the fan for ventilation according to user requirements. The operation control panel has two buttons of fan opening and wind organ, which can be used to force the fan to start or close.
