If yes, replace the vacuum pump oil as prompted on the screen, and add it slowly when adding oil.
2, shall not be used in the aluminum alloy anti-collision box to prevent the machine from overheating.
3. Keep the detector air inlet clean when in use; Dust or oil can be used to wipe dry cotton balls when clogged.
4, the instrument is a high-end precision instrument, it is recommended to keep, special use; Store in a dry and clean place, and put away the detector in time after use.
1. Use
The SF6 quantitative leak detector is developed on the principle of high frequency magnetic field and low pressure ionization. It is an ideal test tool and method for SF6 microleakage at present. 3. Operation steps and use methods
1. Observe the oil level of the vacuum pump from the oil level observation hole of the instrument, and the oil level should be on the center of the oil label, otherwise it is appropriate to unscrew the oil filler cap to refuel.
2. Plug in the gas-electric integrated quick plug and confirm that the plug has been inserted (note that the connector contains a sealing gasket).
3, plug in the power, press the main power switch, at this time you can hear the motor start sound, the LCD screen displays "voltage 40", and the detector LCD displays "00"; If the detector LCD does not display 00, the quick plug is not properly inserted and needs to be re-inserted.
4, if you do not hear the motor start sound or no voltage display, or the LCD screen does not enter the preheating state prompt, should check whether the power cord is inserted, fuse is normal;
5. After the vacuum pump starts for about 5-10 minutes, the preheating indicator is extinguished. If the detector LCD displays any number between 10-100 and remains basically stable, the detector observation window has a purple glow and the device can work normally;
6, adjust the alarm sound up and down, so that the alarm frequency is in an appropriate state;
If the detector LCD displays "1" after the preheating indicator is turned off, please turn off the power immediately and check the following;
a), whether the detector has air leakage, whether the sealing ring is aging, resulting in trace air leakage (it is recommended to replace the sealing ring once a year). Or whether the seal ring is missing, check the detector metal rod connection and quick connector connection.
b), the air intake is too large, adjust the needle valve;
c) Whether the vacuum pump oil is used for too long, and whether the pump oil is cloudy; Generally used about 200 hours to replace once.
7, for simple quantitative leak detection, you can directly compare the quantitative curve table, and adjust the base to the corresponding base of the curve table. When accurate quantitative leak detection is required, the quantitative curve should be reconstructed according to the cylinder gas distribution method. And then it's tested.
Detection note:
In order to prevent some SF6 residues from causing alarms, it is necessary to detect the suspected leak point several times to confirm the leak point.
The bigger the rise, the bigger the leak. In the use of a long time, the liquid crystal display digital slow decline is caused by the increase in the vacuum degree of the equipment, does not affect the use of.
In some places with more SF6 ventilation conditions, exhaust equipment should be used to blow away SF6 residue to prevent wrong judgment;
After the test is completed, turn off the main power switch and unplug the power plug;
Vacuum pump oil change and refueling
Open the oil bolt with a flat-head screwdriver to discharge the waste oil; Then tighten the oil drain bolt; Unscrew the filler cover and slowly inject the special vacuum pump oil.
Due to the high vacuum requirement of the precision instrument, the vacuum pump oil needs to be replaced every 200 hours, so be sure to use and replace the special pump oil according to the regulations.
