How to measure the humidity of SF6 gas more accurately?
1), measuring pipes and joints and other parts of good quality, qualified processing. The measuring pipe is made of stainless steel or polytetrafluoroethylene to keep all parts clean and dry to reduce measurement errors;
2) Correctly select the measuring instrument to ensure that the instrument is in good condition. In addition to the correct storage of the instrument, it should be checked regularly, generally once a year;
3) The pipe connection between SF6 gas humidity tester and SF6 equipment should be sealed and leak-free;
4), the use of appropriate measurement methods, such as the use of dew point instrument, it is recommended to measure when the pressure of the sampled gas is 0.01MPa;
5), should be measured in good weather, so as not to affect the measurement accuracy of too much water vapor in the air;
6), the ambient temperature also has a considerable impact on the measurement of gas humidity. It is recommended that the temperature be similar for each measurement to facilitate comparison. It is better to measure the ambient temperature at about 20℃, and indicate the test temperature in the report;
7), the circuit breaker should generally be stable for 48 hours after inflation and then measured.
