SF6 Leak monitoring system (Winfoss-S1) adopts the special SF6 sensor imported from Switzerland, and the long life and anti-false alarm solution designed by our company, combined with DSP (digital signal processing) technology, fully guarantees the accuracy and stability of the system monitoring, and carefully and dynamically monitors the leakage change of SF6 switch.
As a stable greenhouse gas found at present, SF6 gas has been experimentally proved to have strong spectral absorption characteristics at 10.5um.
The SF6 laser transmitter uses advanced design methods and technologies such as carbon dioxide laser, narrow band filter, highly sensitive and low noise photoelectric detection circuit, and stable optical chopper to realize real-time and online highly sensitive infrared laser spectrum telemetry of SF6 gas concentration in the measured area.
Using laser spectral absorption technology to detect SF6 gas leakage, the measurement accuracy can be higher than one millionth, the detection resolution can reach 1ppm, and the repeatability is good, stable and reliable, long service life, quantitative analysis, to achieve a large range of continuous space monitoring, simple operation.
