专注于SF6气体检测的专业化
What are the uses and precautions of SF6 gas?
(1) The harm of SF6 gas. For a long time, due to the use and poor management of SF6 gas, many toxic, corrosive gases and solid decomposition are discharged into the atmosphere, causing irreparable pollution and damage to the environment we rely on for survival, and endangering the normal operation of electrical equipment and human health;
(2) Harm to people and animals. From a medical point of view, the degree of impact of various decomposes and products on the human body not only depends on the size of their toxicity, but also the size of the amount inhaled into the human body and the physical quality of each person;
(3) Harm to the environment. In the last hundred years, the Earth's climate is experiencing a global warming. This global warming is caused by both natural climate fluctuations and the greenhouse effect, which is enhanced by human activities. Reducing greenhouse gas emissions and mitigating climate change is the main goal of the United Nations Climate Convention and the Kyoto Protocol, but our country is facing more and more challenges in reducing greenhouse gas emissions;
(4) Avoid the cylinder with SF6 gas near the heat source or sun explosion;
(5) When the outdoor equipment is filled with SF6 gas, the staff should operate in the upwind direction, and when the indoor equipment is filled with SF6 gas, the ventilation system should be turned on to avoid and reduce SF6 gas leakage to the working area as far as possible, and the SF6 leak detector is required to do on-site leak detection, and the SF6 gas content in the working area should not exceed 1000UL/L.
(6) Maintenance personnel who overhaul and analyze equipment filled with SF6 gas should be equipped with personal safety protective equipment. Safety protective equipment used by equipment operation, test and maintenance personnel should be special protective clothing, gas mask, oxygen respirator, gloves, protective glasses and protective grease. Safety protective equipment can not comply with GB11651-2008 "Personal protective equipment selection code" and by the corresponding quality inspection department testing, with production license and number mark, product certificate can be used.
(7) Safety protective equipment should be stored in a clean, dry, cold special cabinet, set up a special person to keep and check regularly to ensure that it is in standby state at any time.
(8) Where the use of gas masks and oxygen respirators to carry out a physical examination, especially to check the heart and lung function, physical incompatibility is strictly prohibited to use the above products.
(9) When the staff wears gas masks or oxygen respirators to work, special personnel should be monitored at the scene to prevent accidents.
