What is the difference between SF6 density test and SF6 pressure test?
1) Density is a measure of the specific gravity of SF6 gas in a closed container, which is independent of pressure and temperature changes. That is, the gas in the container does not leak or add gas into it, and its density state is constant. The internal pressure will change with the change of the ambient temperature.
2) The pressure can be measured with a pressure gauge. When measuring the density value, if it is a mechanical measurement, it is necessary to install a temperature compensation device on the pressure gauge. That is, when the density is certain, the displacement of the manometer pointer caused by the temperature change will be compensated by the temperature compensation device, so that the pointer will not move with the temperature change only when the temperature changes. However, when the actual inflation or leakage, because the temperature compensation device cannot be compensated, the pointer will move normally to correctly indicate the current density state (that is, the pressure state at 20 degrees) with the replenishment and leakage.
3) If it is digital density detection, the pressure sensor with output electrical signal is used, and the pressure sensor output is the pressure detection value that changes with the temperature, while detecting the pressure, the environmental temperature value is detected, and the current temperature and pressure detection value is converted into the pressure value at 20℃ through the software design, then the standard density value is obtained. Therefore, the pressure and density values are converted by software in digital detection.
