What are the precautions for SF6 density relay dial reading?
(1) SF6 gas density relay can only compensate for the pressure change caused by the change of ambient temperature, but can not compensate for the load current through the conductor resistance and contact resistance when the equipment is running with electricity, all the electrical power consumed is converted into heat energy, so that the conductor heating causes the pressure change caused by the internal temperature rise of the equipment, especially in the case of high temperature and large load in summer. The deviation of density table can reach 0-20%;
(2) According to the SF6 gas density relay configured in the SF6 electrical equipment location, its perception of the ambient temperature will be different, its degree deviation, the general ambient temperature refers to the air temperature without sunlight, if the SF6 gas density relay installed on the sunny side, the sun irradiation temperature will be higher, the pressure value will be smaller. The SF6 gas density relay is installed on the back side of the equipment, which senses the ambient temperature is relatively low, and the pressure indication value will be higher.
