专注于SF6气体检测的专业化
What are the main functions of the SF6 leak monitoring system?
With the rapid development of China's electric power industry and the improvement of technical equipment level, SF6 electrical equipment has been put into operation in large quantities. SF6 gas relative molecular mass is large, its density is more than 5 times that of air, once the leakage, SF6 gas will be deposited in the lower part of the air, resulting in a large amount of accumulation of SF6 gas in the lower part of the equipment, resulting in the occurrence of anoxic asphyxia accident.
SF6 Leakage monitoring system (WINFOSS-S1) is an intelligent online monitoring system designed and developed according to the current situation of power system emphasizing safety production, and providing personal health and safety protection for the staff in the distribution unit room installed with SF6 equipment.
It mainly detects the SF6 gas content and oxygen content in the ambient air, when the SF6 gas content in the environment exceeds the standard or there is no oxygen, it can alarm in real time, and automatically open the fan for ventilation, and has many rich functions such as temperature and humidity detection, working state voice prompt, remote alarm, GSM short message sending alarm information (optional), historical data query and so on.
Its unique trace SF6 gas detection technology can detect SF6 gas below 1000ppmv, which can not only achieve the purpose of ensuring personal safety, but also ensure the normal operation of the equipment; Imported highly stable oxygen sensors can provide more reliable protection for field workers.
The system can be widely used in various voltage levels of SF6 distribution room, SF6 switch room, combined electrical equipment room (GIS room), SF6 main transformer room.
Relevant safety regulations
Article 7 of GB/T 8905-2012 "Guidelines for Gas Management and Detection of sulfur hexafluoride Electrical Equipment" stipulates that "oxygen meters with alarm devices and sulfur hexafluoride concentration meters shall be installed on the ground layer of indoor equipment installation sites."
DL/T 603-2006 "Gas insulated metal enclosed Switchgear Operation and maintenance Code" 4.1GIS room safety protection "GIS indoor air oxygen content should be greater than 18% or SF6 gas concentration should not exceed 1000×10-6 (or 6g/m3)".
DL/T 639-1997 "Sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment operation, testing and maintenance personnel safety protection rules" 4.1.6 requirements "work area air sulfur hexafluoride gas content (volume ratio) shall not exceed 1000×10-6". 4.3.3 requires that "the sulfur hexafluoride concentration alarm meter and oxygen meter shall be installed at the bottom of the equipment installation room. When the sulfur hexafluoride concentration (volume ratio) exceeds 1000×10-6 and the oxygen rate is lower than 18%, the instrument shall give an alarm".
Article 199 of the Electrical Safety Work Regulations stipulates that "an oxygen meter and an SF6 gas leak alarm meter shall be installed at the lower part of the SF6 distribution room."
