How does the TIP-XP-1A SF6 qualitative leak detector work?
The SF6 qualitative leak detector generally uses the corona principle and the electronegative capture principle.
The basic working mode of the corona principle is that there is a miniature sensor in the head of the detector hose, the sensor is made of alloy steel, and can produce a micro-current high voltage of about 2000V when working. The fluorine molecules entering the end of the hose produce different electrical signals at high pressure, with different concentrations and different electrical signals.
Electronegative capture principle: The adsorption force of the negative state of fluorine molecules is dozens of times that of the air state, and the design is to make the detector metal hose with negative electricity to improve the intake of fluorine gases.
