How to calibrate the SF6 Gas Quantitative Leak Detector (WINFOSS-C1)
In order to ensure the accuracy and stability of the measurement of the SF6 gas quantitative leak detector (WINFOSS-C1), it is necessary to calibrate the instrument before use.
1, Preparation of different concentrations of sulfur hexafluoride gas
(1) Gas distribution: using the needle tube method;
(2) Standard gas: with qualified pure sulfur hexafluoride gas mixed into 0.01, 0.1, 1, 10, 100, 500 six concentrations of sample gas.
(3) Operation: Draw 1 ml of pure sulfur hexafluoride gas from the cylinder with 1 ml syringe, inject it into 100 ml syringe and dilute 100 ml with outdoor air, the concentration is 10000ppm; Then use 20 ml syringe to extract 5 ml of 10000ppm sulfur hexafluoride gas from 100 ml syringe into another 100 ml syringe, and dilute it to 100 mL with outdoor air, the concentration is 500 PPM; 100ppm, 10ppm, 1ppm, 0.1ppm, 0.01ppm according to the above method in turn, do the mark to be tested.
2. Calibration of leak detector
Press and hold the "Confirm" button to turn on the leak detector switch (enter the "measurement and calibration interface"), and the machine will be stable after 15 minutes of operation; At the same time, press "" "key to enter the "calibration interface", at this time the page displays the calibration number, press "+" or "-" key to modify the number of points to be calibrated, press "Confirm" key, and then calibrate the first point, enter 0PPM, press "Confirm" key, enter the collection number of the first point 1010, press "Confirm" key, and then press "Exit" key to enter the measurement and calibration interface. Complete the calibration of the first point (0PPM); Start to test with the prepared SF6 gas in turn, extract about 10ml of the above prepared sulfur hexafluoride gas of different concentrations from a 20ml syringe, remove the needle, connect the syringe to the probe suction port with a rubber hose, and then inhale the measured gas by the probe itself. At this time, the signal value displayed in the lower left corner of the LCD screen of the leak detector will increase. After the display data is basically stable, record the reading (record all 7 sample gases in turn); At this time, the page displays the calibration points, press "+" or "-" key to modify the number of points to be calibrated, press "Confirm" key, and then calibrate the first point (0 point), enter 0PPM, press "Confirm" key, enter the collection number 1010 at 0 point, press "confirm" key, and then press "" key to modify the points to the second point (0.01PPM), Press the "Confirm" key to enter 0.01PPM and then press the "Confirm" key to enter the collection value of 0.01PPM sample gas, press the "Confirm" key, and then press the "" key to enter the next point, and so on to mark 7 points (6 sample gas values and 1 0 point value). After all the sampled gas calibration is completed, the leak detector will enter the use state.
