发布时间:2020-07-07 来源:ydlcb 浏览次数:39次

1. Main symptoms after injury

1.1 Respiratory system: respiratory tract irritation, sneezing, coughing, throat dryness, burning sensation, followed by dyspnea, chest tightness and shortness of breath, dyspnea in severe cases, laryngeal edema and ulceration.

1. 2 Eyes: tears, fear of light, burning sensation, congestion, edema.

1.3 Skin: Itchy, rash, possible redness and swelling in contact.

1.4 Digestive tract: dysphagia, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain.

1.5 Nervous system: sudden headache, dizziness, general weakness, depression, severe convulsions, convulsions, shock, cataplexy, coma.

2. On-site first aid method

If poisoning is suspected, the following measures should be taken:

2. 1 Organize personnel to evacuate the site immediately, open the ventilation system, and maintain air circulation.

2. If the victim vomits, he should be placed on the side to avoid inhalation of the vomit, which may cause suffocation.

2.3 In case of skin contamination, rinse thoroughly with clean water immediately and change clothes.

2.4 Eye injury or contamination Rinse with water and shake the head.

2.5 The nature of the poison should be ascertained and the vomit should be kept for further investigation.

2.6 Necessary drugs should be provided at the scene, and the staff should master the knowledge of first aid so that the poisoned person can get proper treatment as soon as possible.

4 Protection Methods

Reduce the emission of SF6 gas and improve the recovery rate of gas. The emissions mentioned here refer to the emissions of the product during installation and on-site commissioning, as well as the emissions during equipment maintenance. The SF6 gas in the equipment shall not be discharged into the atmosphere, and shall be recovered by a purification device.

SF6 electrical equipment installation should be isolated from the main control room to prevent leakage of gas into the main control room. The equipment installation room should have a good exhaust system, the ventilation hole should be located in the lower part of the room, and the SF6 gas leak alarm and oxygen meter should be set at the bottom.

Staff shall not enter the equipment installation room alone or at will. If they must enter the room due to work needs, they shall first exhaust the air for 20 minutes, and shall not stay near the explosion-proof film of the equipment. The staff must measure the oxygen content before entering the cable trench or low area. If the oxygen content is lower than 18%, the work shall not be carried out. When sampling sulfur hexafluoride gas and dealing with leakage, staff should wear SF6 special protective equipment and carry out under ventilation conditions.

In the event of an emergency, all ventilation systems should be opened immediately for ventilation. In the event of a rupture of the explosion-proof film of the equipment, power should be cut off and wiped clean with gasoline or acetone.

Adsorbents (dry activated carbon, aluminum oxide, sodium hydroxide, calcium oxide) are installed in the equipment to adsorb possible impurities.
