Shanghai SECco Chemical 220KV switch room multi-functional SF6 gas leakage monitoring and alarm system application

The SF6 gas leak monitoring and alarm system of the 220KV switch room of Shanghai SECCO Petrochemical Co., Ltd. was reformed and installed in place by Wevers Inspection in September 2019. SF6 gas leak monitoring and alarm system achieves the following functions:

1, a host can monitor 3 areas, each area independent detection, independent alarm, independent linkage fan;

2, SF6 gas leakage and oxygen online real-time monitoring, high sensitivity response;

3. SF6 alarm point can be set at will;

4, up to 8 hours a day timing exhaust setting function;

5, remote throttle control function, the host output passive contact to the throttle control loop, so that it can automatically switch the throttle operation in the distance;

6, manual exhaust function;

7, the latest exhaust stop time display;

8, simple operation, system display at a glance;

9, the use of high-performance 32-bit processor and large capacity electronic hard disk storage technology, can achieve historical data, event records, ventilation records power down storage and query;

10, fieldbus communication, can be expanded according to the need for gas detection probe;

11, provide RS232 and RS485 communication interface, can be connected with the host computer, to achieve remote monitoring;

12, the use of microwave induction module, people to automatically open the backlight, and voice prompts to monitor the environmental status, to achieve humanized design;

13, using no less than 10.4 inches TFT color LCD display, human operation light, stop operation 40 seconds after the automatic turn off the backlight.

2 Fan Functions

1) Working conditions

A. The fan can run continuously for a long time under normal conditions when the ambient temperature is t≤45℃ and the relative humidity is φ≤95%; Reliable operation in the early operation of high humidity may produce condensation conditions;

B. The fan (including the motor) can be stored for a long time in an environment where the ambient temperature is t≤45 ° C and the relative humidity is φ≤95%. Under the condition that high humidity may cause condensation in the initial stage of operation, it can be put into normal operation without any treatment once installation and commissioning are completed.

2) Technical requirements

A. The surface of the fan is clean, smooth, no scratches, scratches and rust spots; The coating is firm, uniform color, uniform thickness, no peeling phenomenon.

B. The fan is composed of a shell, an impeller, a motor, a power junction box, etc. The suction end is provided with a device that is convenient to interface the air pipe.

C. The fan is an efficient and low noise device.

D. In the working area of the rated speed, the deviation between the measured aerodynamic performance curve of the fan and the provided performance curve shall meet the following requirements: under the specified flow rate and pressure, the maximum deviation of the flow rate and pressure of the fan shall not be greater than ±5%; Near the maximum efficiency point, the maximum deviation between the actual efficiency and the given efficiency at the working point of the fan is not more than ±3%; The noise meets the requirements of Fan Noise Limit JB/T8690.

E. The continuous operation of the fan is not less than 15 years every day, and the safe operation time before the first overhaul is not less than 24000h.

F. The fan is equipped with a 380V/50Hz power supply. The overall design of the fan should consider the disassembly and maintenance of the fan, and the soft nozzle connecting the fan and the foundation fixing bolts can be flexibly removed.

G. In the assembly process of the fan, the static balance precedes the dynamic balance. The fan is equipped with a vibration reduction device, the vibration reduction efficiency is greater than 93%, the amplitude of the housing should meet the provisions of the relevant standards, and the fastening bolts should be provided with the fan.

H. The manufacturing accuracy of the casing meets the provisions of the relevant specifications, and the motor support in the casing has sufficient strength and stiffness to withstand the dynamic load generated by the operation, and the possibility and convenience of maintenance after operation should be considered.

I. Blade flaw detection report, material analysis report, fan motor high temperature test report, impeller dynamic and static balance test report, refueling cycle and program, fan energy efficiency grade standard shall be provided.

J. Should consider the limitations of the site transportation conditions, need to cooperate with the construction unit to put forward the corresponding transportation plan, and can ensure the overall performance of the fan.

K. The dynamic and static balance of the fan impeller should meet the requirements of G2.5 vibration. All fans should be balanced after assembly, and its standard should be based on ISO1940 and AMCA 204/3 standard G2.5, and the vibration spectrum analysis chart printed by the computer is attached to each typhoon before leaving the factory.

3) Main components and material performance requirements

A. The blade structure should adopt the structure type of high efficiency and high strength, the blade can be adjusted at A static Angle, and the blade and wheel hub are made of high-strength aluminum alloy steel mold (ZL114). The blades shall be firmly fixed on the drive shaft by keys and keyways. In the axial direction, the blade is tightened in the corresponding position of the drive shaft through the cone-sleeve connection structure. Easy disassembly and maintenance.

B. Motor bearings use high-quality bearings, bearing replacement cycle is not less than 75,000 hours, the first maintenance should be carried out after the cumulative running time is not less than 10,000 hours. The motor needs to adopt a secondary energy efficiency.

C. The motor used by the fan should meet the standard requirements of IEC34 or the corresponding level in all aspects of continuous operation, and can be continuously operated under the environment of t≤45 ° C and relative humidity φ≤ 95%; The motor is ball or column bearing, sealed grease or soft grease structure. The fan and transmission device have good grounding measures to avoid static accumulation.

D. In the assembly process of the fan, the static balance precedes the dynamic balance. During normal operation, the RMS value of the vibration speed of the chassis is not more than 4.5mm/s.

E. Shock absorbers and fastening bolts matching the fan should be provided.

F. The fan is easy to start and stop control, and the configured distribution box can access fire control, SF6 alarm monitoring and control, manual control and other functions.

Function introduction

A. Detection and display of excessive SF6 gas concentration

The detection signal is triggered in real time, and the host dynamically displays the SF6 concentration at each gas probe in the SF6 switch room. When the concentration exceeds 500ppm (the user can set the alarm threshold by himself), the SF6 concentration under the exceeded state is displayed in red font; otherwise, the SF6 concentration under normal state is displayed in green font.

B. Oxygen content detection and display

The detection signal is triggered in real time, and the on-site host dynamically displays the oxygen content value at each gas probe in the SF6 switch room. When the oxygen content is less than 18.0%, the oxygen value is displayed in red font; otherwise, the actual value is displayed in green font.

C. SF6 concentration and oxygen content control function

When SF6 gas concentration exceeds 1000ppm (national standard value) or oxygen content ≤18% (national standard value), the system automatically controls and starts ventilation until SF6 concentration and oxygen content return to normal.

D. Timely ventilation

The system can set multiple periods of time (users can define up to 8 periods) for the fan to start and stop at regular intervals every day to ensure that the SF6 switch room can be ventilated as needed every day. The maximum continuous ventilation time can be fixed for 23 hours 59 minutes; Minimum continuous ventilation time 1 minute.

E. SF6 concentration and oxygen content abnormal automatic ventilation

If there is no forced ventilation or set ventilation period, the system starts the fan for ventilation when detecting abnormal SF6 concentration and oxygen content. If the monitoring unit detects an abnormal SF6 concentration or oxygen content within 15 minutes from the start, the time starts from the newly detected time, and the system automatically shuts down the fan after 15 minutes.

F. Forced ventilation

When the fan is in the stopped state, press the "Manual/automatic" ventilation switch button on the host touch screen interface, and the system can perform forced ventilation; When the fan is running, press the Manual/Automatic ventilation switch button on the touchscreen interface of the host, and the system will forcibly shut down the fan. You can view the current fan running status in the upper right corner of the display.

H. Temperature detection and display function

The system detects and dynamically displays the temperature in the SF6 switch room through the temperature and humidity monitoring unit in real time.

I. Humidity detection and display function

The system detects and dynamically displays the humidity in the SF6 switch room through the temperature and humidity monitoring unit in real time.

J. The fan should be easy to start and stop control, and the configured distribution box should be able to access fire control, SF6 alarm monitoring control, manual control and other functions.

G. The sound and light are separated after the over-limit alarm occurs in the 3 working areas. After the over-limit alarm is issued in each working area, the fan automatically starts and shall be carried out in each over-limit alarm area.
