WINFOSS announces the new relative humidity probe SF6 Dew point sensor

As a European manufacturer of dew point sensors, WINFOSS and Michell Instruments have worked together to validate more than 5,000 humidity sensors.
Based on the concept of user customization, WINFOSS uses Michell's new relative humidity probe SF6 Dew point sensor to measure dew point, moisture content and micromoisture content. Ranging from extremely dry conditions (-120°Cdp) to high humidity conditions with dew points up to +60°C, the probe can be used in a variety of applications for reliable measurements.
Deliveries to industrial equipment suppliers are very punctual. Used to measure and control humidity in harsh operating conditions around the world. The new relative humidity probe SF6 Dew point sensor can be used in SF6 moisture test instruments and SF6 density moisture monitoring systems.
WINFOSS uses Michell's new HygroSmart HS3 interchangeable relative temperature and humidity probe, which provides 100% user customization according to the user, giving the user the flexibility to adjust the relative humidity measurement to keep pace with changes in the environment and process at no additional cost to WINFOSS. Customers can set zero points and ranges, output signals, and choose from five humidity parameters (including dew point).
The new probe uses a replaceable sensor, which makes post-maintenance extremely simple and reduces the impact of maintenance on production to negligible. After the calibration expires, the customer can easily replace the sensor with a new one (new calibration). The entire replacement process does not need to involve the on-site installation of the probe and can be completed in just a few seconds. The use of interchangeable sensors greatly reduces the operating cost of HS3 probes compared to conventional stationary probes. In addition, the 5-point digital correction of the probe can be easily made in the field through the use of software to ensure accuracy without the need to replace the sensor.
Designed for harsh industrial environments, the WINFOSS dew point sensor features a rugged corrosion-resistant housing with pressure resistance up to 10 kg and an IP67 protection rating. In addition, the accuracy of up to +/-0.8% puts it among the accurate and stable relative humidity sensors.
