This project mainly conducts maintenance and functional testing of SF6 gas detection and alarm devices in four main substations in the first and second lines, tests the functions of SF6 gas detection and alarm devices in line 3, and verifies the accuracy of the functions. It can restore SF6 concentration status, oxygen concentration, timed ventilation, SF6 concentration and oxygen abnormal automatic ventilation, forced ventilation, voice function, flute sound and sound and light alarm functions at each monitoring unit in the real-time monitoring switch (GIS) room.

From November 27, 2019 to December 4, 2019, Weavers Testing Technology installation service personnel will work in Line 1 Jinhua Main Substation, Line 1 Huancheng Xiyuan Main Substation, Line 2 Administrative Center main substation, Line 2 Exhibition Center main substation, This includes the removal of SF6 monitoring host, SF6 and oxygen monitoring unit, temperature and humidity monitoring unit and related communication transmission cables of each station, and the installation and power-on testing of the newly purchased SF6 monitoring host and monitoring unit.

Technical support: We have the obligation to provide technical cooperation for the auxiliary equipment purchased by the user and related to the Contract equipment, without any additional costs.

5 Handover of drawings: Weavers will appoint professional project managers to carry out installation until acceptance and operation: After the product arrives at the user's side, Weavers will appoint at least two professional and experienced supervisors and test engineers to fully cooperate and coordinate with you to complete the technical services related to the equipment stipulated in the contract, and guide and supervise the installation, commissioning and acceptance test of the equipment. Transfer and train technical documents, drawings, operation and maintenance manuals, equipment characteristics, analysis methods and related precautions in detail to answer and solve technical problems raised by you within the scope of the contract.

6 Installation guarantee: Weavers technicians are responsible for the correctness of all installation work. If the equipment and materials are damaged due to wrong guidance, Weavers shall be responsible for replacement, repair and/or replacement at our expense.

7 Technical training: After the project acceptance, Weavers technicians will provide you with the acceptance report, engineering and electrical drawings, and provide on-site user operation training free of charge. For qualified operators trained by Weavers, operation certificates will be issued to them. For those who are absent or have not mastered them for the time being, further training will be conducted or video demonstration CDS will be sent to ensure proficiency.

8 Service response: During the warranty period, if the product fails, the service network will respond within 2 hours after receiving the user's service request, and rush to the scene to troubleshoot the fault within 48 hours. Under special circumstances, emergency measures will be provided for the user to ensure the normal work of the user. If the repair cannot be given in time within a short period of time, Wevers Xi 'an service network will provide the user with a standby machine to ensure that the user's work is carried out normally.

9 after-sales return visit: the company's customer return visit specialist, according to the service order once a year to the user's machine usage and maintenance service status tracking return visit, for the problems reflected by the user in the return visit, the company designated professional and technical personnel on the spot answer or on-site solution.
