What are the precautions for on-site detection of SF6 electrical equipment humidity?

(1) First clean the SF6 electrical equipment connector and the instrument connector with a clean soft cloth. If conditions are available, use a hair dryer to blow the connectors and pipelines for 10 to 15 minutes, and then connect the instrument with the sf6 electrical equipment connector.

(2) The outlet pipe of the instrument should be more than 2cm and the exhaust pipe of the same material as the measurement pipe to prevent the atmospheric water vapor from entering the instrument from the exhaust port and affecting the measurement results.

(3) When measuring, slowly open the gas valve and carefully adjust the gas pressure and flow rate. During the measurement process, the measured flow rate should be kept stable, and the measured gas pressure should be monitored at any time to prevent the abnormal drop of gas pressure.

(4) After the measurement is completed, the instrument should be blown with dry nitrogen for 15 to 20 minutes, and the instrument gas path inlet and outlet should be sealed for use.
