What are the advantages of the SF6 Gas Recovery Unit (Winfoss-R2) in the recovery process?

The SF6 Gas Recovery Purification Purification aeration System (Winfoss-R2) is used to separate air and CF4, low fluoride decomposition from SF6. The separation system is based on the principle of direct liquefaction without oil at high pressure to carry out preliminary liquefaction filtration of recycled SF6 gas, and then rely on the low temperature cooling system to further liquefy and solidify the mixture of gas and liquid in the separator. Nitrogen is slowly separated and discharged, while SF6 gas is liquefied and retained again. SF6 gas can be recovered and reused with a recovery rate of more than 99%. The recovery vehicle is equipped with multiple HEPA filters, activated carbon filters, acid filters and particulate filters, and the gas is filtered down to 0.1 micron level to remove dust and particulate matter.

It can be used in the production shop of the combined electric appliance factory. It can purify unqualified SF6 gas, freeze and cure to reach the new gas standard, and fill the qualified SF6 gas back into the insulated container.
