What is the basis for installing the SF6 leak monitoring alarm system?

发布时间:2016-12-01 来源:ydlcb 浏览次数:53次

SF6 gas mass is heavier than air, in the case of not fully mixed with air, SF6 gas has a tendency to deposit in low places, such as cable trench, indoor bottom, the bottom of the container, etc. In these places where there may be a large amount of SF6 gas deposits, it is easy to be hypoxic, and there is a danger of suffocation. Therefore, most regulations stipulate that the maximum allowable concentration of SF6 gas in the workplace for operation and maintenance is 1000UL/L.

State grid and power industry related regulations

DL 408-91 "Electrical Safety Work Regulations" stipulates: 8.2 In the room, when the equipment is filled with SF6 gas, the relative humidity of the surrounding environment should be ≤80%, and the ventilation system must be turned on to avoid SF6 gas leakage to the work area. The SF6 gas content in the working area air shall not exceed 1000ppm.

DL/ T639-1997 "Sulfur hexafluoride Electrical Equipment Operation, test and maintenance personnel safety protection Rules" stipulated in 4.3.3 Equipment installation room should be installed at the bottom of the sulfur hexafluoride concentration alarm and oxygen meter, when the sulfur hexafluoride concentration exceeds 1000µL/L, oxygen less than 18%, the instrument should alarm.

Weavers detects SF6 Leak monitoring alarm systems as required by the SF6 Safety Regulation Excerpt:

Article 191 Power distribution rooms and SF6 gas laboratories equipped with SF6 equipment must be equipped with powerful ventilation devices. The air outlet should be set in the lower part of the room.

Article 192 In the room, when the equipment is filled with SF6 gas, the relative humidity of the surrounding environment is 80%, and the ventilation system must be turned on to avoid SF6 gas leaking into the work area. The SF6 gas content in the working area air shall not exceed 1000ppm.

Article 196 The staff entering the SF6 distribution unit room must first ventilate for 15MIN, and measure the SF6 gas content with a leak detector, try to avoid one person entering the SF6 distribution unit room for inspection, and no one is allowed to enter the maintenance work.

Article 198 Staff entering the SF6 distribution unit room low area or cable trench to work should first test the oxygen content (not less than 18%) and SF6 gas content is qualified.

Article 199 The oxygen meter and the SF6 gas leakage alarm meter shall be installed in the low area of the SF6 power distribution unit room. These instruments should be tested regularly to ensure their good condition.

Article 203 In the event of an emergency, all ventilation systems shall be opened immediately for ventilation. In the event of a rupture of the equipment's anti-explosion film, it should be treated with power failure and wiped clean with gasoline or acetone.
