When a large number of SF6 gas leaks occur in high-voltage electrical equipment, emergency protective measures should be taken to evacuate the gas leak site, and the relevant leaders of the company should be reported immediately. When poisoning occurs, personnel should be immediately evacuated from the scene and transferred to a well-ventilated place for rest.
Emergency handling procedure
Under the premise that rescue personnel correctly carry out their own safety protection (entering dangerous areas should wear gas masks), the poisoned personnel and the poison source.
Timely call 120 emergency number, contact local medical institutions as soon as possible rescue.
When entering the switching field, it should be entered from the wind.
When the SF6 switch has an explosion-proof film rupture accident, it should be treated with power failure and wiped clean with gasoline or acetone. The powder emitted from the burst explosion-proof film should be cleaned by vacuum cleaner or brush.
Termination and post-processing of emergency plans
After the accident is handled, all protective equipment should be cleaned and the personnel involved in the treatment should take a bath. The personnel on duty should cooperate with the dispatch to recover the relevant work, cooperate with the personnel of the safety supervision department to do a good job of on-site protection, photography, accident investigation and other follow-up work, and make detailed records.
If the gas pressure of the SF6 switch is abnormal (such as suddenly dropping to 0) during daily inspection, the control power supply of the faulty switch should be disconnected immediately, and measures should be taken in time to disconnect the upper switch and remove the faulty switch from operation.
