What are the protection requirements for SF6 electrical equipment maintenance?

发布时间:2017-02-11 来源:ydlcb 浏览次数:40次

Sulfur hexafluoride gas in electrical equipment through corona, spark and arc discharge, but also produce a variety of toxic, corrosive gases and solid decomposition products. These gases mainly include thionyl fluoride (SOF2), sulfuryl fluoride (SO2F2), sulfur tetrafluoride (SF4), sulfuryl tetrafluoride (SOF4), sulfur dioxide (SO2), disulfide decafluoride (S2F10), disulfide oxydecafluoride (S2F10O), etc. The main solid decomposition products are copper fluoride (CuF2), difluorodimethylsilicon [Si (CH3) 2F2], aluminum trifluoride (AlF3) powder. Therefore, the following requirements should be adopted for protection during maintenance:

1. Safety protection in equipment operation

The sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment installation room and the main control room should be air-tight isolation to prevent toxic gases from spreading into the main control room.

The equipment installation room should have a good ventilation system, and the ventilation rate should ensure that the air is changed once within 15 minutes. The air outlet should be located in the lower part of the room.

The sulfur hexafluoride concentration alarm meter and oxygen meter should be installed at the bottom of the equipment installation room. When the sulfur hexafluoride concentration exceeds 1000μL/L and the oxygen level is lower than 18%, the instrument should alarm.

Staff are not allowed to enter the equipment installation room alone and at will. Ventilate the equipment for 20 minutes before entering the installation room.

Before entering the cable trench or low area, the staff should test the oxygen content in the area. If the oxygen content is found to be lower than 18%, they can not enter the area.

The regular testing of sulfur hexafluoride gas in the equipment shall be carried out according to DL/ T596-1996 "Preventive Test Procedure for Electric Power Equipment". If it is found that the content of the toxic decomposition of the gas does not meet the requirements, effective measures should be taken, including gas purification treatment, replacement of adsorbent, renewal of sulfur hexafluoride gas, equipment disintegration and maintenance.

When gas sampling operation and dealing with leakage, staff should wear protective equipment and take effective protective measures under ventilation conditions.

2. Safety protection when the equipment disintegrates

The sulfur hexafluoride gas to be recycled needs to be purified and can be used only after reaching the new gas standard. For the emission of waste gas, it is necessary to purify it in advance (such as using the method of alkali absorption), and it can be discharged after reaching the national environmental protection standards.

Before the equipment is disassembled, necessary analysis and determination of sulfur hexafluoride gas should be carried out on the equipment, and corresponding safety protection measures should be taken according to the toxic gas content. The equipment disassembly work plan shall include safety protection measures.

Before the equipment is disassembled, the sulfur hexafluoride operating gas should be purified by a recovery and purification device, and the equipment should be vacuumed and washed with nitrogen for three times before the equipment can be disassembled and repaired.

When disintegrating, maintenance personnel should wear protective clothing and gas masks. After the device cover is opened, evacuate the site temporarily for 30 minutes.

When removing the adsorbent, cleaning the metal and insulating parts, the maintenance personnel should wear a full set of safety protective equipment, and use a vacuum cleaner and brush to remove the powder.

After the cleared adsorbent, metal powder and other wastes are treated in acid or alkali solution until neutral, deep burial treatment is carried out, the depth should be greater than 0.8m, and the location is selected in the remote area of the field and the water.

Sulfur hexafluoride electrical equipment disassembly and overhaul purification workshop should be closed, low dust drop, and ensure that there is a good ditch machine force induced air exhaust facilities, its ventilation should ensure that the whole workshop ventilation within 15min. Air outlet is located at the bottom.

After the work, the used protective equipment should be cleaned, and the maintenance personnel should take a bath.

3. Safety protection when dealing with emergencies

When the explosion-proof film breaks and other reasons cause a large amount of gas leakage, emergency protective measures need to be taken, and immediately report to the relevant superior authorities.

After an indoor emergency occurs, all ventilation systems should be turned on immediately. According to the accident situation, the staff should wear gas masks or oxygen respirators to enter the scene for handling.

Power failure should be handled in case of rupture of explosion-proof film.

The powder emitted from the burst of explosion-proof film should be cleaned up by vacuum cleaner or brush.

After handling the accident, all protective equipment should be cleaned and the staff should take a bath.

The toxic gases in the sulfur hexafluoride gas and the dust produced in the equipment have certain hazards to the human respiratory system and mucous membranes, etc. Generally, after poisoning, there will be different degrees of tears, sneezing, runny nose and throat, hot feeling, hoarseness, cough, dizziness, nausea, chest tightness, neck discomfort and other symptoms. When the above poisoning occurs, the poisoned person should be quickly moved to a place with fresh air and treated in time. It is necessary to contact the relevant medical units to formulate treatment plans for possible poisoning accidents and to equip them with necessary drugs so that in the event of poisoning accidents, the victims can receive timely treatment.

Safety protective equipment used by equipment operation, test and maintenance personnel shall include special protective clothing, gas mask, oxygen respirator, gloves, protective glasses and protective grease. Safety protection products must comply with GB11651 "Rules for the selection of labor protection products" and be tested by the corresponding national quality inspection department, with a production license and serial number mark, product certification, can be used.

Safety protective equipment should be stored in a clean, dry and cool special cabinet, with a special person to take care of it and check it regularly to ensure that it is in standby state at any time.

Persons who use gas masks and oxygen respirators should first undergo a physical examination, especially to check the function of the heart and lungs, and those with abnormal function can not use the above supplies.

Equipment operation, testing and maintenance personnel to conduct professional safety protection education and safety protection equipment use training.

When the staff wear gas masks or oxygen respirators to work, there should be special monitors at the scene to monitor, in order to prevent accidents.
