What should I pay attention to when SF6 equipment disintegrates?

1, the SF6 gas to be recycled needs to be purified and can be used only after reaching the new gas standard. The exhaust gas must be purified in advance (such as the method of alkali absorption) to meet the national environmental protection standards before it can be discharged.
2, before the disintegration of the equipment, the necessary analysis and determination of SF6 gas in the equipment should be carried out, and the corresponding safety protection measures should be taken according to the toxic gas content.
3, before the equipment disintegrated, use SF6 recovery and purification device to recover and purify SF6 operating gas, and vacuum the equipment, flush with nitrogen for 3 times, before the equipment disintegrated mintenance.
4. When disintegrating, maintenance personnel should wear protective clothing and gas masks. After the device cover is opened, evacuate the site temporarily for 30 minutes.
5, when taking out the adsorbent, removing metal and insulating parts, maintenance personnel should wear a full set of safety protective equipment, and use a vacuum cleaner and brush to remove the powder.
6, the cleared adsorbent, metal powder and other waste put in human acid or alkali solution treatment to neutral, deep buried treatment, the depth should be greater than 0.8m, the location is selected in the field remote areas and water.
7. The SF6 electrical equipment disassembling, maintenance and purification workshop should be closed, low dust drop, and ensure that there is a good gutter and air extraction and exhaust facilities, and the ventilation volume should ensure that the whole workshop is ventilated once within 15min. Air outlet is located at the bottom.
8, after the end of the work used protective tools should be cleaned, maintenance personnel should take a bath as soon as possible.
