Application of SF6 of 110kV GIS switch room and ox

Chuzhou Dongpo 110kV Substation is a newly built project, located in the southwest corner of the intersection of Jingzi Road and Yongle Road, Chuzhou City 南谯区, which belongs to the load center. The main transformer capacity of the project construction scale is 3*50MVA three-phase winding self-cooling transformer, and the outgoing line is 110kV side and final phase. The 110KV switch room is equipped with combined electrical GIS equipment, and a total of 7 intervals are set. Anhui Hongyuan designed the GIS switch room equipped with SF6 and oxygen content monitoring alarm device 1 host, 14 SF6 and oxygen monitoring units, 4 temperature and humidity monitoring units (probes).

Chuzhou Dongbo 110kV GIS switch room SF6 and oxygen content monitoring and alarm device project, system configuration: 1+14+4 (that is, 1 SF6 leak monitoring host, 14 SF6 and oxygen monitoring units, 4 temperature and humidity monitoring probe units), the system monitoring host adopts outdoor installation mode, adopts stainless steel protection box for SF6 and oxygen content monitoring alarm device host rain and exposure protection, waterproof function reaches IP65 level. Effectively protect the impact of harsh environment on SF6 and oxygen content monitoring and alarm devices.

The system was installed by Deng Gong and Zhao Gong of Weavers Inspection After-sales Service Engineering Department from July 27 to July 29, 2020. Each monitoring unit uses a ZRVVP4*0.5 cable, which is introduced into 7 spacer channel steel bases of GIS equipment through a PRV tube with a diameter of 25 mm preset by civil construction.

Product function
Status monitoring
A. SF6 concentration and oxygen content monitoring: Real-time monitoring of SF6 concentration and oxygen content in the environment of the switch station 24 hours A day, 365 days. The system host and the computer in the monitoring room display the monitoring results synchronously.
B. Temperature and humidity online monitoring: 365 days 24 hours real-time monitoring and dynamic display of the current switch station ambient temperature and humidity values.
C. Real-time monitoring of system operating status: real-time monitoring of the communication status of each monitoring unit in the system, and synchronous display of monitoring results on the interface of the system host and monitoring station.
D. Automatic voice prompt: When the staff is near the entrance of the switch station, the system automatically prompts the environmental safety status in Mandarin to remind the staff whether they can safely enter the switch room, and the voice volume is adjustable.
E. Sound and light alarm: When SF6 concentration exceeds the standard or hypoxia is detected, the system prompts on-site personnel to deal with it in time with high-frequency whistle and warning light alarm.
F. Fan running status indicator: Displays the current fan running status. If the fan is in the stopped state, the latest fan start/stop time is displayed to determine whether forced ventilation is required before entering the switch room.
  

Safety control
A. Fan linkage control: real-time detection of SF6 concentration exceeding the standard ≥ When the oxygen deficiency is below 19.6% or 1000ppm, the fan will be automatically ventilated until SF6 and oxygen concentration return to normal, and the fan will be automatically shut down after continuous ventilation for 10 minutes.
B. Fan timing control: customized period ventilation (up to 24 periods) to ensure that the switch room can be ventilated on time every day. Ventilation start/stop time can be set flexibly. It can meet the various exhaust requirements of users.
C. Remote alarm: provides the form of hard contact to support the connection with the remote device to achieve remote alarm in the main control room or dispatch center.
  

Data processing
A. Monitoring data storage: Data storage of abnormal environmental status. The mass storage capacity of monitoring historical data meets the operation requirements for more than 10 years.
B. Historical data query: The historical data of any time period can be queried and managed in the host menu or the computer in the main control room.
C. System self-healing, self-recovery: independent, dedicated fault self-detection, self-healing module in the system program error can be self-guided, self-recovery.
D. Full touch operation function: full touch operation mode, the system can locate the selection information input according to the finger touch icon or menu position, which shortens the reaction time of the system and saves the user waiting time; At the same time, the system is more convenient to operate, and the appearance is simple and beautiful.
