SF6 leakage monitoring system Quzhou Power Supply
Recently, Weavers Testing Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. successfully won the contract for 20 sets of SF6 leakage monitoring system with leading technology and high quality in the instrument purchase project bidding of Quzhou Power Supply Bureau of Zhejiang Electric Power Company.
SF6 leakage monitoring system introduces the CAN bus and DSP technology used in the international space fuselage monitoring application, which has strong anti-interference and accurate data quantization platform. Compared with the traditional industrial control field 485 communication mode has higher stability and reliability. With hierarchical and distributed structure to realize the idea of object-oriented design, the system has convenient and flexible expansion performance, and is an upgrade product of traditional 485 communication mode. The system can monitor the SF6 gas leakage of GIS equipment online in real time, so as to grasp the adverse effects caused by GIS equipment leakage and provide a strong guarantee for the personal safety of maintenance personnel.
Quzhou Power Supply Bureau has 28 substations of 110 kV and above, of which 3 are 500 kV, 8 are 220 kV, and 25 are 110 kV. The main transformer capacity of 110 kV and above is 2,929,500 kVA, and the transmission lines of 110 kV and above are 827.19 kilometers. The annual power supply is 6.1 billion KWH, and the maximum load of the network is 956,000 kW. Since it was put into operation, it has been continuously expanded and renovated, experienced all the replacement of the main equipment and the overhaul and technical transformation project, and further improved the power grid structure of Puyang Power supply area, and made efforts to build a strong smart grid.
Weavers SF6 leakage monitoring system in the State grid project has been awarded, giving the company greater motivation and encouragement, Weavers detection will be successful each time as a new starting point for winning the national grid, and continue to work hard to provide a strong guarantee for the construction of a safe power grid.
