Recently, 110KV Junshan Substation introduced Wevers Detection Technology (Shanghai) Co., LTD. 's SF6 concentration online monitoring system (Winfoss-S1) for real-time SF6 monitoring of GIS switch room, and achieved ideal results.
The 110KV Junshan substation is located in the west of Ji 'an Industrial Park. The substation is the central substation of Ji 'an County. It plays a pivotal role in the power dispatching and control of the whole county, fundamentally solves the demand of the rapid growth of the power load of the industrial park, and provides safe, stable and reliable power guarantee for the growing power consumption of the county and the development of enterprises in the industrial park.
The SF6 concentration online monitoring system previously used in the GIS switch room of 110KV Junshan Substation is a product from Jiangsu and Zhejiang provinces. The company's maintenance personnel reported frequent abnormalities in the product. After repeated maintenance by the product manufacturer, anomalies still occur, showing no current environmental monitoring situation and frequent abnormal alarms.
The company recently introduced the advanced SF6 concentration online monitoring system (Winfoss-S1) from Wevers Inspection Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. to replace and install new and old GIS switch rooms. Make the SF6 switch and the oxygen content of the work area in the plant realize real-time automatic comprehensive monitoring and control, the equipment operating status and the gas content of the work area more transparent, the system monitors the environment dynamics of the GIS switch room 24 hours a day, creating a good safety environment for the switch room. It effectively guarantees the personal safety of maintenance personnel and the operation of GIS equipment, and plays a very important role in preventing accidents.
