110kv Xiergou substation SF6 concentration leakage
The 110KV Xiergou substation of Gansu Electric Power Company is located in Xiergou Township, Zhouqu County, Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, and the four substations from 110KV Axa Substation, Lijie Substation and Zhouqu County Substation to 330KV Luoda Substation.
The original SF6 concentration leakage monitoring and alarm system used in the substation frequently had problems, such as black screen of death, false alarm and other problems, and the power station reported to the power company for replacement. Gansu Electric Power Company adopted the Weifers SF6 concentration leakage monitoring and alarm system (winfoss-si), which was linked with the upper and lower fans in the switch (GIS) room for control. When leakage occurs or the oxygen content is too low, the fan is automatically controlled to run, and the fan is automatically controlled to stop discharging air until the ambient concentration returns to normal.
With flexible composition and unified interface standard, the system can not only meet the current monitoring requirements of the power station, but also facilitate the future expansion compatibility requirements even if the number of SF6 units increases or decreases and other SF6 switch monitoring systems are introduced. The system can be connected with a remote device to realize remote remote alarm. After selecting the configuration of monitoring software or network application software, device drivers can be installed on the monitoring center platform and corresponding communication ports can be configured to realize the monitoring and control of field data on the monitoring center operation platform, which can further improve the efficiency and management level of maintenance work, and provide support for the realization of paperless office and unmanned on-duty of power station maintenance.

The main advantages of thermal cracking sensing detection technology are as follows:

The leakage concentration of SF6 directly determines the resistance distribution on the sampling circuit, and the sampling current changes, and the response is rapid. It overcomes the shortcomings of low detection accuracy and slow sampling speed caused by the need to detect new substances in the early catalytic combustion technology.
l The resistance change of the detection layer determines the strength of the output current, which is easy to quantify and not susceptible to environmental temperature and humidity interference. It overcomes the influence of ambient temperature and humidity when the catalytic combustion technology must be heated to 500-600℃.
l Design multiple detection sampling loops on a single sensor, and obtain the equilibrium value of each loop at the output end, which is easy to obtain high-precision sampling results.
