6 Service response: During the warranty period, if the product fails, the service network will respond within 2 hours after receiving the user's service request, and rush to the scene to troubleshoot the fault within 48 hours. Under special circumstances, emergency measures will be provided for the user to ensure the normal work of the user. If it cannot be repaired in time within a short period of time, Wevers Xi 'an service network will provide a standby machine for the user to ensure the normal development of the user's work;

7 after-sales return visit: the company's customer return visit specialist, according to the service order once a year to the user's machine usage and maintenance service status tracking return visit, for the problems reflected by the user in the return visit, the company designated professional and technical personnel on the spot answer or on-site solution. Provide free technical training for the user when using team member updates;
