Weavers technicians should pay attention when handling high voltage electrical equipment filled with SF6 gas for recovery and inflation:
l Before on-site treatment, SF6 gas in the equipment should be recovered through the SF6 gas recovery device, and then SF6 gas recharge work can be carried out (it is strictly prohibited to directly discharge into the atmosphere);
l The filling work of SF6 gas, that is, when the vacuum degree of the gas chamber reaches 133Pa, the new SF6 inflation work of the equipment begins, and the whole process of inflation is strictly in accordance with the standard requirements;
l The gas filled should first pass the test of humidity, purity, composition analysis of qualified new gas, and use SF6 gas to flush the pipeline 2-3 times;
l The operation process ensures that the charging interface is clean, and the air in the pipeline must be fully emptied of SF6 gas in the bottle before the pipeline can be connected to the air chamber charging port;
l Adjust the SF6 inflation pressure should not be too large, generally controlled at 1MPa, it is prohibited to directly use high pressure inflation without pressure reducing valve;
l The gas pressure into the equipment should be slightly higher than the rated pressure.
