What should be done when the circuit breaker SF6 gas is obviously leaking?

Winfoss inspection technicians point out that if the circuit breaker SF6 gas is found to be significantly leaking, the following treatment should be done:

l When the pressure gauge or density relay sends a signal to reflect the obvious leakage of SF6 gas in the circuit breaker, the leak point should be identified first. Under normal circumstances, leakage occurs mostly at the joints of the gas filling pipeline. Therefore, leak detection should be carried out in the mechanism box and control box. If the circuit breaker does not need to withdraw from operation when confirming the leakage of the pipeline joint, SF6 gas can be filled to the rated pressure first, and then the SF6 valve on the side of the crank arm box can be closed, and SF6 gas in the pipeline can be discharged, and the leakage part can be treated. Vacuum to more than 133Pa and keep for several hours, confirm that there is no change, then open all SF6 valves for inflation;

l If the inflatable pipe has cracks, it needs to be replaced with a new pipe;

l If it is confirmed that the circuit breaker body (including the arc interrupter, pillar porcelain sleeve and boom box) has obvious air leakage, it should be removed from operation and leak detection. First check whether the sealing surface leaks, whether it is caused by screw loosening. If the weld, porcelain sleeve flange pouring site or the body has sand holes, it must be overrepaired.
