Jiangxi Provincial Power Bureau Qingxi 110KV Substation, the station is located in Qingxi Village, Shangli County, Pingxiang City, Jiangxi Province, near Yangqishan Scenic area and “ The first hole under heaven ” Iniquity Dragon Cave, since 2001 put into operation, is currently responsible for the economic Industrial park of Shangli County and surrounding villages more than 20 natural villages residents electricity and Yangqishan scenic spots “ The first hole under heaven ” Iniquity dragon cave sightseeing electricity.
The SF6 leakage monitoring and alarm system originally used by a company in Changzhou, Jiangsu Province, was installed in June 2015 and has been in operation for 3 years and 2 months. At present, the interface of the system displays fuzzy images accompanied by abnormal false positives. The company reported to the municipal electric power company for replacement, and the Municipal electric Power company purchased the original tender for Wevers SF6 leak monitoring and alarm system (Winfoss-S1), which met the industry standard "JBT 10893-2008 high-voltage combined electrical distribution room sulfur hexafluoride environmental monitoring system". In accordance with the chapter "Work on sulfur hexafluoride Electrical Equipment" in the eighth chapter of "DL-408-1991- Safety Work Regulations for Electrical Industry - Electrical Parts of Power Plants and substations", the system has achieved the designed functions after installation and debugging by our technical service personnel. This system can accurately monitor SF6 gas leakage and environmental oxygen concentration at each interval of the switch room. When the alarm threshold is set, the audible and visual alarm prompt is issued, and the linkage control is performed with the upper and lower fans in the switch (GIS) room. When leakage occurs or the oxygen content is too low, the fan is automatically controlled to run, and the fan is automatically controlled to stop the air supply when the environmental concentration returns to the normal state.
The monitoring host of the SF6 leak monitoring alarm system integrates the alarm indicator device, infrared body sensor and voice broadcast unit, which makes the system structure clear and the site layout beautiful (it is not necessary to use the wall to install the alarm device and infrared sensor with the original monitoring system installed by other companies). When someone is within the first 10 meters of the main machine, the current GIS room status is automatically announced by voice. If it is normal, the broadcast room is in normal state, and the voice prompt can enter; If it is abnormal, the host alarm and the broadcast room is in an abnormal state, and the voice prompt prohibits entry. The monitoring system is connected with the lower fan in the switch (GIS) room to automatically control the fan operation when leakage occurs or the oxygen content is too low, and automatically control the fan to stop the air supply when the ambient concentration returns to the normal state.
The SF6 and oxygen monitoring unit adopted in this scheme has dual monitoring functions of SF6 leakage concentration and oxygen content. On the one hand, it has the advantages of making the site structure clear, beautiful layout, and improving the convenience of later maintenance. On the other hand, the dual detection function of SF6 concentration and oxygen can play a double insurance detection advantage for any detection position, and more effectively ensure that technicians are protected by safety tips and personal protection in any environment. The temperature and humidity monitor configured in this renovation has the dual detection function of ambient temperature and humidity, and monitors the indoor temperature and humidity of the switch (GIS) in real time. When the user needs to control the indoor temperature and humidity, the temperature and humidity output contact can be extended to control the operation of the dehumidifier, air conditioner or heater installed on the site to achieve ambient temperature and humidity control. Through the replacement and transformation of SF6 leak monitoring and alarm system, the personal safety of inspection personnel in the switch room and the normal and safe operation of GIS equipment are effectively guaranteed.
