Xixi River originates from Mogu Mountain in the southwest of Liangshan Yi Autonomous Prefecture, flows from north to south through the four counties of Yuexi, Zhaojue, Butuo and Jinyang, and enters the Jinsha River at Shimenkan in Jinyang County. The whole river basin covers an area of 2902 square kilometers, the total length of the river is 174 kilometers, the drop is 2773 meters, the average flow rate of the estuary is 61.4 cubic meters/second, and the average water volume for many years is 19.4 cubic meters/second. The annual runoff distribution of Xixi River is very uneven, the runoff from May to October accounts for 88.3% of the whole year, the flood season is from June to September, and the major floods mostly occur in June to July.
Xixi River Basin combined water replenishment power station planning for two reservoirs and five levels, five levels of power station use a total of 1,670 meters of natural drop, the first stage Kuyi hydropower station installed capacity of 33,000 kilowatts, the effective reservoir capacity of 219 million cubic meters, is a multi-year regulation; The second level of Luogu hydropower station installed capacity of 110,000 kilowatts, the effective reservoir capacity of 0.36 million cubic meters, is incomplete annual regulation, mixed development, the other 3 levels are Lianfu (130,000 kilowatts), Deluo (100,000 kilowatts), Qingsong Power Station (100,000 kilowatts), are diversion type power stations, daily regulation, the total installed capacity of the fifth level power station 473,000 kilowatts. Annual power generation of 2.20 billion KWH, supply Sichuan main network.
SF6 density relay online calibration system is not changing any of the original structure of the switch, through the switch SF6 density relay interface, add a combination valve with a breaking device, The valve is provided with a connector for the original SF6 density relay interface, a SF6 density relay connector, a breaking device and a connector for a special SF6 density relay calibrator.
After the connection is made according to the design requirements, the gas path of SF6 density relay and the gas path of switch body can be realized by rotating the breaking device. When it is necessary to verify the SF6 density relay, it is necessary to rotate the breaking device on the valve body to the closed state, and then complete the connection between the calibrator interface and the calibration interface reserved on the valve body, so as to realize the calibration of SF6 density relay, which can greatly save the precious time of maintenance personnel. It can also greatly reduce the risk of SF6 gas leakage due to regular verification disassembly.
A total of 18 sets of combined valve controlled tee joints were installed in Lianlian water supply power station. Strict gas tightness test was carried out after installation, and no SF6 gas leakage was found at all installation points. Then the lines and other parts were restored according to the requirements of the equipment drawings, as shown in Figure 4:
