Xixi River power Station “ Two libraries five level ” Cascade development of the third stage power station. The power station is located in Lianbu Township, Butuo County, about 173Km from Xichang City. The power station is a low-gate and high-head diversion power station with a maximum storage capacity of 2.08 million M3 and an adjustable storage capacity of 870,000 M3. The total length of the low gate water diversion tunnel is 13.6Km, the rated water head is 416.9M, and the installed capacity of low gate is 2×. 65MW, adopts the mixed-flow generator set produced by General Company, designed to generate 576 million KWh per year, adopts the unit wiring mode of single single transformer single bus, the 220KV bus is connected to the single bus segment, and the two connected units are connected to a section of 220KV bus, which is sent out by the Jiupu line after the convergence of the Linjiu line through the 220KV switching station in Lugu.
According to Article 13.1.6 of the "25 Key Requirements of the National Energy Administration on Preventing Power Production Accidents" (National Energy Safety (2014) No. 161), the connection mode between the sulfur hexafluoride density relay and the switchgear body shall meet the requirements of not disassembling the check density relay. At present, the SF6 circuit breaker density relay of river basin power station does not meet the connection mode and inspection conditions required by reverse measures, so it is necessary to improve the online monitoring system of SF6 density relay of river basin power station and water refill power station, so as to realize the requirement of online detection and verification without disassembling the density relay.
The SF6 density relays of No. 1 main transformer, No. 2 main transformer bus circuit breaker, connecting long line circuit breaker and ground line circuit breaker are fitted with combined valve-controlled connectors to meet the requirement of online detection and verification without disassembling the density relay.
In January 2016, Weavers and China Huadian Xixi River Development Hydropower Co., Ltd. successfully signed the project "Sichuan Huadian Xixi River Power Development Co., Ltd. basin power station 220kV, 10kVSF6 circuit breaker density relay online monitoring system transformation".
The planned power outage time of the substation is March 22-24, 2016. After the contract is signed, in order not to delay the planned power outage period, the technical service department of the company immediately sent technical engineers to the site to survey and verify the technical data of the equipment despite the peak period of the Spring Festival.

Weavers' SF6 density relay online calibration system is based on the SF6 density relay interface on the switch, adding a combined valve with a breaking device, without changing any structure of the switch. The valve is provided with a connector for the original SF6 density relay interface, a SF6 density relay connector, a breaking device and a connector for a special SF6 density relay calibrator. After the connection is made according to the design requirements, the gas path of SF6 density relay and the gas path of switch body can be realized by rotating the breaking device. When it is necessary to verify the SF6 density relay, it is necessary to rotate the breaking device on the valve body to the closed state, and then complete the connection between the calibrator interface and the calibration interface reserved on the valve body, so as to realize the calibration of SF6 density relay, which can greatly save the precious time of maintenance personnel. It can also greatly reduce the risk of SF6 gas leakage due to regular verification disassembly.
