In the SF6 gas recovery and treatment center, Wevers' SF6 leak monitoring and alarm system (WINFOSS-S1), SF6 quantitative leak detector, SF6 gas recovery high-speed treatment and purification device and other related high-performance SF6 gas detection equipment are used. The institute successfully recovered 16,100 tons of sulfur hexafluoride gas in SF6 gas recovery treatment, and more than 14,400 tons of recycled gas.
