Jiangsu Yanhai Chemical Co., Ltd. is located in Dongbao Town, Beibinhai Industrial Park, Yancheng City. Its 110KV substation is located at the northeast end of the plant. It was completed and put into operation in July 2011, and is the total power supply and distribution center of the company. The 110kV transformer, 110KV GIS room, 35KV distribution unit, 10KV distribution unit and control equipment are all installed indoors. The first floor is 10KV switch room, capacitor room, GIS room, main transformer room, main transformer container room, the second floor is the cable room and the used transformer room, the third floor is the 35KV switch room and the main control room.

The GIS room adopts double 110KV overhead line, and the double 110KV power supply adopts Longxing Transformer. In November 2015, the salinization substation was jointly awarded by Yancheng Economy and Information Commission, Safety Supervision Bureau and power supply Company as an important customer of Yancheng City “ Demonstration unit for safety standardization of electricity consumption ” There are 7 intervals in the 110KV GIS switch room. They recommended it to Li Gong, the power operation and maintenance department of Jiangsu Yanhai Chemical Co., LTD., a neighboring company in the Binhai Park, because Weevers installed a set of SF6 gas leakage online monitoring and alarm system in Jiangsu Qingquan Chemical Co., Ltd. in August 2016. After more than 2 years of operation, there was no abnormality, and in October 2018, the operation and maintenance department of the power station contacted our company.

Developed a detailed rectification and installation plan, and sent engineering and technical personnel to the site in October 2018 to replace the SF6 gas leakage online monitoring and alarm system. After 2 days of construction, the installation and commissioning of the system were completed successfully, and the system was accepted by relevant leaders and received unanimous praise from users.
