Nansha Hydropower Station is located at the junction of Yuanyang County and Jianshui County in the main stream of Honghe River (Yuanjiang River), with an installed capacity of 150MW. Approved by the National Development and Reform Commission in August 2006, Nansha Hydropower Station is equipped with three 50,000kW vertical mixed-flow turbine generating units with a total installed capacity of 150,000kW. The annual power generation capacity is 702 million KWH, the storage capacity is 212 million cubic meters, and the investment of the power station is 959 million yuan, which is an important part of the strategy of "West-east power transmission" and "cloud power transmission" in Honghe Prefecture.
The switch room of Nansha Hydropower Station adopts 110KV combined type (GIS) electrical equipment with 7 spacers. The original installation uses SF6 gas leakage monitoring and alarm system products of a Fujian company, and 10 SF6 monitoring collectors are installed in the switch room. The system has long been abnormal and can not normally monitor SF6 gas leakage in the environment. The original system has also been returned to the factory for maintenance many times, but it still cannot operate normally. To this end, I contacted our company and asked for transformation and replacement.
SF6 gas leakage monitoring and alarm system conforms to the special provisions of the "Electrical Industry Safety Working Regulations" (power plant and substation part), the distribution unit room equipped with SF6 equipment must ensure that the SF6 gas concentration is less than 1000ppm, in addition to the installation of strong ventilation device, must also be installed can alarm oxygen meter and SF6 gas concentration detection and alarm meter. In order to achieve 24 hours 365 days real-time detection of SF6 gas concentration and oxygen content in the switch room, fire anti-theft alarm, to ensure that when the SF6 gas content in the environment exceeds the standard or hypoxia, the alarm can be made in real time, and the ventilator is automatically opened for ventilation. The system also has many functions such as temperature and humidity detection, working state voice prompt, remote alarm, system monitoring historical data query and so on. The system adopts the Swiss-imported infrared spectrum sensor detection SF6 gas technology, which can detect SF6 gas in the range of 10~3000ppm concentration, not only to ensure the personal safety of inspection personnel, but also to understand the running status of SF6 electrical equipment in the switch room. More on-site staff to play a more layer of safety and personal protection.
After the transformation and installation of SF6 leakage online monitoring system, the real-time data of each monitoring unit is displayed on the main machine at the entrance door of the combined electrical switch room. If the system exceeds the limit, the system will generate sound and light alarms, and the system will automatically start the ventilation device to eliminate SF6 gas in the environment of the leakage area. The system will upload the monitoring data to the monitoring microcomputer display of the central control monitoring platform. The monitoring room can fully understand the SF6 gas content, oxygen content, temperature and humidity in the environment of the combined electrical equipment room, and can also master the change of SF6 gas leakage in the closed gas chamber of the combined electrical equipment. It not only detects and handles the gas leakage fault early, but also prevents the personal injury of the maintenance personnel caused by SF6 gas leakage, and reduces the inspection workload of the operators. The automation degree of the equipment and the reliability of the operation of the combined electrical apparatus are improved.
