lRecycling
The SF6 gas in the equipment is extracted by starting the electrical control components such as the high-precision vacuum pump and the electromagnetic vacuum device.
lPurification
A complete set of purification device is built in to purify the recovered SF6 gas through repeated drying, filtration and separation.
l Vacuum extraction
The residual gas in SF6 switch body through the electromagnetic vacuum device and driving device, etc., start the pressure return difference, so that SF6 switch body to meet the standard requirements of the vacuum state.
l Aeration
A certain amount of SF6 gas is added to the electrical equipment through the compressor and drive device in the starting device, and the inflation capacity is set according to the equipment regulations.
l Liquefaction
The extracted SF6 is liquefied directly through the SF6 high-pressure compressor and stored in the gas storage tank or directly pressed into the cylinder.
l L-transfer
