Functional characteristics

l Relay calibrator adopts the analog-digital hybrid single-cycle high-speed single-cycle single-chip microcomputer as the core, which has rich resources and powerful functions, and strong data processing ability.  l Because it integrates A/D, D/A, reference voltage and analog amplification in the single-chip microcomputer, the peripheral circuit is simple, good stability and high accuracy.

Check principle

The pressure of the gas closed in the container changes with the temperature, in order to have a unified standard for comparison, we usually take the relative pressure value of 20℃ as the standard value. When the density table is checked, it is converted into the equivalent pressure value at 20℃ according to the corresponding relationship between pressure and temperature, and then compared.

l Block return value check:

When the SF6 density relay needle is zero, the relay is charged at a slow and uniform speed. When the SF6 density relay emits a locking action, the pressure value at the ambient temperature is recorded and converted to the equivalent pressure value at 20℃, which is the locking return value of the SF6 density relay.

l Alarm return value check:

The SF6 density relay is charged at a slow and uniform speed. When the SF6 density relay sends an alarm action, the pressure value at the ambient temperature is recorded and converted to the equivalent pressure value at 20℃, which is the alarm return value of the SF6 density relay.

l Overpressure recovery value check:

Charge the SF6 density relay at a slow and uniform speed. When the SF6 density relay sends an overpressure signal, it starts to deflate the SF6 density relay at a slow and uniform speed. When the relay overpressure alarm signal is sent, record the pressure value at the ambient temperature at that time and convert it to the equivalent pressure value at 20℃. This equivalent pressure value is the overpressure recovery value of the SF6 density relay.

l Alarm value check:

At ambient temperature, when the pressure value in the SF6 density relay is higher than the alarm recovery value, it starts to release gas at a constant speed and slowly. When the SF6 density relay sends an alarm signal, the pressure value under the ambient temperature at that time is recorded and converted to the equivalent pressure value at 20℃, which is the alarm value of the SF6 density relay.

l Blocking value check:

The SF6 density relay is vented at a slow and uniform speed. When the SF6 density relay sends a locking signal, the pressure value at the ambient temperature is recorded and converted to the equivalent pressure value at 20℃, which is the locking value of the SF6 density relay.

l Overpressure check:

The SF6 density relay is charged at a slow and uniform speed. When the SF6 density relay sends an overpressure signal, the pressure value at the ambient temperature is recorded and converted to the equivalent pressure value at 20℃, which is the overpressure value of the SF6 density relay.
